Dukla Prague 1977-78 Retro Football Shirt

Dukla Prague's most successfull coach, Jaroslav Vejvoda, returned to the club for a third spell in charge in 1975 and quickly re-established the Prague giants as Czechoslavakia's foremost club. A title win would follow in 1976-77, but the 1977-78 season saw narrowly miss out.

A powerful squad which featured numerous Czech internationals like Zdenek Nehoda, Jan Fiala and Ladislav Vizek finished two points adrift of first-time champions Zbrojovka Brno, despite defeating them home and away during the League campaign.
