Fulham FC 1999-00 Retro Football Shirt

Hopes were high at Craven that the 1999-00 season would bring a Fulham push for promotion to the Premier League.

Paul Bracewell's team started the campaign strongly with a run of 15 unbeaten games in all competitions, but a sticky run that yielded very few victories at the end of the calendar year curtailed the team's changes.

Bracewell departed in  March, and under caretaker managers Karl-Heinz Riedle and Roy Evans the club eventually finished in 9th position, undermined by the lack of a consistent scorer, with midfielder Lee Clark the charts with just eight goals to his name.
