Portugal 1986 Away Retro Football Shirt

Qualification for the 1986 World Cup was secured by Portugal in their final group match thanks to a Carlos Manuel winner to defeat West Germany. This famous victory in Stuttgart ensured that the José Torres-led team edged out Sweden and would travel to Mexico the following summer.

The tournament proper did not prove to be a memorable one unfortunately, despite a great start and another carlos Manuelwinner to overcome England. Defeat followed by Poland and just a draw against Morocco to progress to the knock-out stages, Portugal went down to a 3-1 defeat.
